How to collect your Ria transfer with Korah
- Get the code. Your sender shares the transfer code Ria issues for the transfer with you.
- Submit it in the Korah app. Choose the service, pick Myself or Friend, enter the code and the mobile money number to pay. The first time you collect for yourself, an agent verifies your ID.
- An agent processes it. A registered agent handles the transfer at the counter on your behalf. You can follow the status in the app.
- You are paid on mobile money. The amount, plus any commission, lands in your wallet, and you get a notification with the mobile money reference as proof.
What you need
- The transfer code from your sender.
- The Korah app and a phone number you can verify.
- A valid ID, verified once by an agent, to collect for yourself.
- A mobile money number for the payout (yours, or your friend’s).

No. Korah is an independent Sierra Leonean company, a trading name of Makorah Tech Limited. We process Ria transfers through our agents, under a licensed money transfer operator. The Ria name belongs to its owner.

Yes. Choose Friend in the app, enter their mobile money number and the code, and the payout goes to them.
