How to collect your Western Union transfer with Korah

  1. Get the code. Your sender shares the transfer code Western Union issues for it (often called an MTCN) with you.
  2. Submit it in the Korah app. Choose the service, pick Myself or Friend, enter the code and the mobile money number to pay. The first time you collect for yourself, an agent verifies your ID.
  3. An agent processes it. A registered agent handles the transfer at the counter on your behalf. You can follow the status in the app.
  4. You are paid on mobile money. The amount, plus any commission, lands in your wallet, and you get a notification with the mobile money reference as proof.
